• Friday evening snacks.

• Hot plated Meal at 12 noon on Saturday

  • Pork Tenderloin Dinner with potatoes, carrots, gravy and homemade roll; dessert, tea and coffee. Please let the club know if you require an alternative based on diet or allergy restrictions.

• Format: First game at 5:00pm. Double Knock out format. If 20 teams are signed up, games may run into Sunday.

West Prince Curling Club at Mill River Coles Cash Spiel Rules

Eligibility & Team Composition

     All teams must be mixed, consisting of a minimum of two players of opposite genders.

     The skip and mate (vice-skip) must be of opposite genders.

     A maximum of two players per team may have participated in a provincial event in the 2024/25 season.

     All team members’ names must be submitted as part of the registration process. If alternates are required, they must fall into the rules set out for Eligibility & Team Composition as set out above.

     Maximum of 20 teams will be accepted.

     This event must receive a minimum of 12 team entries to move forward.

     Stick curlers are not permitted.

     Deadline to Register: March 14th, 2025

Game Format & Rules

     All games will be played to 8 ends.

     The 5-rock free guard rule will be in effect.

     The no-tick rule will be enforced.

     Games will follow Curling Canada’s official rules unless otherwise specified.

     Teams must be ready to play at their scheduled game times; failure to do so may result in a forfeit.

     Games will be timed using one clock across all sheets and expected to be completed within a two-hour time limit. If a game exceeds the designated two-hour time limit, the current end will be completed, and one additional end will be played if necessary to determine a winner.

Registration & Entry Fee

     The entry fee is $300 per team.

     Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment and submission of the full team roster.

     No refunds will be issued after registration.

     Payments can be made in person at the club or by etransfer to wpccregistrations@outlook.com

      Second Place: $1000

      Third Place: $500
